So how do you guys like the new template? I got annoyed by the last one. Right-o.

The fact that i actually used the words 'gai gai'. Tsk tsk. I'm disappointed in myself. Anyways, it's week 3 of semester 2. Things are getting busy. Lots of assignments and presentations that need prepping. And tomorrow is Beyla Day! I shall update you guys about it. Sometime.

I Can Only Tell You What It Feels Like

Most nights when i'm trying to fall asleep in my room, in the darkness, i can't really see what's in front of me and it feels a little more like home. I feel like i'm back in my room, on my top bunk. It doesn't feel like you guys are a million miles away and i'm not reminded that it's been months since i've spoken to you face to face. Then, a passing car would shine some light into my room and i'd realise that i'm here. And you're not.

Always Another Show

The Regent was this cinema in the city that was, well, a cinema. It was beaauuuuttttiiiffuulll and we always hang around this cafe called Aromas on the theatre foyer. While Aromas is still there and operating, the cinema itself is closed and I don't know the reasons but I'm assuming that they lacked business. So before it closed, me and Jamie went and took some photos of the place. We even went back a second time. The workers whom I questioned said that it was going to be turned into a shopping mall. WHAAAATTTT. pffffttt. Disappointing. Anyways, this was awhile ago and I'm just using it as an excuse to update. weee. I'll post more when i'm not busy catching up after 3 days of second semester. :/

I Need Another Story

First semester is officially over! Though, technically it was over last Friday. It matters not cause i have a two week break. Too short to go home. I'm already into my first week though. I got my results for this semester on Tuesday. They were okay but i definitely could've done better. I'm just glad i that half a year is down and i just have another till i can be home again! I haven't gotten round to renovating the ol' blog but i'll get to it sooner or later. ;) been doing a lot of nothing lately and that's exactly how i want to spend my break. I'll send you a postcard from the batcave!

Blame

I could have sworn that i had posted a new entry a week ago. Maybe i dreamt it. It happens more often than you'd think. I can't quite figure out why it feels like the first semester went by so quickly. It makes me wonder because i know it passed really slowly. It was practically crawling. Maybe i just don't remember and a huge part of that time was just taken out of my memory timeline and that's why it feels short. I'm having my exams this week. Then i'm officially done for this semester. 3 years and a half to go. Woohoo. Before you know it, you're working and trying to race against time before your biological clock runs out. I just need to take this day by day, i guess. Life in Australia isn't as bad as i make it sound, really. I just miss you guys back home where i'm already familiar with you and i don't have to try anymore. :P don't get me wrong. :) so many little rituals and traditions just can't be done this year or the next 3 years. It's great having my sisters around though. At least i'm not as lost as i would be if i were here alone. But honestly, most days i spend in my batcave. Woohoo the life of a legal college student is glamorous! Hahaha but seriously though, i just need the right people. So far, not so great. It'll get better. It HAS to get better.

Also, i'm getting sick of this layout. It's got too much going on and it's so pink. :S might just switch it back to a simple layout. Thoughts? :)

I hate that most of my posts involve apologizing for not updating. But i haven't been updating. :P so i have to apologize. Sssssssoorrryyyyyyy.

The Grand Memories Together

It's May! I'm so happy because in another 6 months, roughly. I'll be home! Ugh. I can't wait. Unfortunately, the joy comes with a heavier workload. We're going into Week 10 and a lot of assignments are due this week, next week, so i've been working on them. And the reason this all sounds so forced is because it kind of was. :P Daniel was bugging me to update so i'm trying really hard to make this less awkward cause there's nothing about my life remotely interesting lately.

Right, anyways. I don't have the photos i've been taking over the past few months because my phone decided it'd be cool to get rid of everything in my memory card. I have lost so many photos. It's tragic. And all i have are photos of the day before Cassie's birthday. Pam gave her a pair of glasses. And we were playing around with it.

Winter's rolling in. I can feel it. The winds are getting stronger and nights are getting colder. I don't even have to turn on my fan at night anymore. My window is open the whole day and my skin feels dry. I'm dreading it a little bit though. We have school in winter and we have to wake up and use the toilet -- the cold toilet seat and walk to school. Even though we don't have snow here. I'm not sure how it's going to be so i need to be prepared.

I'm trying. :P but i can't think of anything else to say. Except. We don't have school tomorrow because it's Labour day. weeeeeee. which means another day to do homework and a day less off the week! ;D REJOICE! Oh! and how do you like my nails? I wanted to try it out when my red was chipping off the edges. :)

And also. I don't know how my sister is going to feel about this if she knew i posted this. :P

Well, we've crossed the first half of the first semester mark and things are starting to get busy! To say that this place has been deserted is an understatement and i'm working on getting back into the swing of things. And by that, i mean full on full length blogging, with photos maybe videos maybe audio. So give me time. :) I'm just hoping what i'm writing is something i'm actually going to do and not just something i'm saying. :P

The thing about this place is i haven't been able to have my alone time. I'm constantly communicating with people who ask lots of question. The answers of which they should know had they been paying more attention to everything in general. People are everywhere. And i can get so sick of them sometimes. And right now, there are no exceptions. At. All.

Sometimes I'm just uncomfortable when people start getting too close and I back up and try to talk to them less. I realize that I do this surprisingly often and I'm not sure how or if i want to change that about me.

I've been feeling really antisocial for a while now and i can't really explain it. So i figured that I'd make myself be happy and social and optimistic. So much for that plan. Yeaaaahhh. I'm just going to go back to be quiet.

It's easter break and we have 9 days off. Unfortunately, as we speak, I only have one more week to go. I haven't been doing much except for sleeping late and waking up in the post meridiens. A majority of the gang here have gone to Gold Coast to have fun. I didn't go cause I thought this might be a good time to jump back on the bandwagon of watching series all day and night. I've currently finished watching The Office, Cougar Town, Lie To Me, How I Met Your Mother. When I say finished, I mean up to date, over the course of this holiday.

Like the watermark? I'm still on the fence about it.

This is sesame ice cream from Hanaichi, which i think might just be the best Japanese restaurant around. :D It's colour is cement-like and tbh, the first time i saw it, I really didn't want to eat it. BUT it's amazing.

Good food, good food. But we mostly cook here, cause it'd be really expensive if we ate out all the time and also fattening. Some nights we just eat cereal for dinner. ;) I've been listening to a lot of Lady Gaga, Adam Lambert, and Foo Fighters.

Oh right. We went to Lady Gaga's Monster Ball on the 26th March. It was seriously amazing. She can sing really well. It sounded exactly the same as the album. You know, except there was swearing and talking to the crowd. ;) BUT damn, it was so entertaining. There were so many things to look at -- the stage, the dancers, the costumes. OMG THE COSTUMES!! We counted after the show, and we got to 14 costume changes out of 18 songs she performed. It was insane. We had bought tickets to the show last year. Charlene called me up in KK, asking if I wanted to go. I'm glad I said yes. It was so worth it. :)

Now that i'm done with the series-es(?!), I've had nothing to do except troll youtube and random websites, trying to keep myself entertained. I still have movies that I have but haven't seen, but i'm trying to let brian cool down.

I think it's obvious that i'm going to be using this for my personal life and life in general and just leave my tumblr for random photos and reblogging, ie something i do when i'm bored. :P As always, I'm on twitter if you need to know where and what i'm doing. Sorry it's been so long.

You Know You Want To Do It Again

Hello my blogger people! :D
It's been so long since i've written an actual post. My days have been so depressing and busy that i haven't had the energy to start my brain to write something. That said, this post indicates that my life has turned around. huaazzzzhhh.

LIVERPOOL!

Well, today was the end of our sports day and yellow house got first! :D what up. Eventhough it's amazing news, we only got second in our dancing. And you know how hard we've been working on that. It's kind of a bittersweet win. Marching, first. Dancing, second. Most amount of gold medals, first. It was amazazing. :)

I am so proud of yellow house and senior two, ahem excuse me, i meant to say senior three zhong for really working hard. Shoulder to the wheel! Who says hard work doesn't pay off? Ohhhhh i love you guys so much. :) just seeing your energy and determination makes me so happy. :D

Photos? Facebook is flooded with them. I haven't gotten around to uploading mine yet so don't hold your breath! I always promise photos but fail to deliver so i'm not going to promise anything today.
