What the Steff: October 2011

So I'm on my one week mid semester break right now. Classes start up again on Monday. I haven't been doing much to be honest and a lot has changed since my last post. For about a month, I was just really upset and out of focus cause it felt like the floor was pulled out from under me all of a sudden but these days, I've been feeling pretty good. I actually feel a lot more like i did last year. So yay!

I'll attempt to give you a run through of what's been happening but unfortunately, I stopped writing in my journal awhile back so I'll just have to try and remember! Well, all my mid semester exams have been dealt with and I now have a job. :D

Rigghhttoo. Anyways, on Monday I went down to the Gold Coast with Charlene, Tommy and Douglas for some arcade fun and laser tag. They were kind enough to make a trip out of dropping me off for Brigitte's birthday dinner. :D Brigitte is a friend of mine from Tshung Tsin who moved to Gold Coast in Form 4. Her birthday dinner was the first time i saw her in a loonnnngg time. I stayed overnight at Brigitte's after a night of pizza and drinking girly cocktails. The next day we took drives around Gold Coast.

Then it was Tommy's birthday on Thursday. He wanted to go skydiving and had booked a time earlier on in the week but due to weather conditions, it was cancelled. Sadnezzz. So we came home and went back to sleep. Tommy had a party at his place and then afterwards we went to Klub Kandy. It's an event that was going on at Family (a club) and it just so happened to be a halloween party. So we dressed up! Charlene and Tommy went as Stefan and Elena from Vampire Diaries and I went as a corpse bride. Douglas went to Tommy's party as a mixture of a transformer and a pirate and a knight and batman. *shrugs* go figure. :P Last minute costume decisions! It was all good fun.
